How long does it take to receive my order?
- Once the order is placed, the stock is ordered from our suppliers and any digitizing needed will be started. Once the stock is received, creation of your custom embroidery starts right away and is shipped the following day. So typically we say that from the time you order to the time you receive your item(s), it will take 7-10 days.

How long does it take to receive your stock?
- We order our stock supplies as orders come in. This keeps your prices lower and allows for our limited storage space. Once ordered, the stock typically arrives in 3 days.

Do you offer priority ordering?
- All of our clients are a priority to us. We are not currently able to offer special expedited services at this time. We will always work as fast as we can, in the order that the orders are received.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
- Due to the completely customized nature of embroidery, which cannot be undone, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time unless we ship you a completely wrong item. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know though, and we will do our best to make it right.

What service do you use to ship out my order?
- We ship all orders using USPS. If you require a different carrier for some reason, please let us know ahead of time.

Can I request a different colored item in my embroidery design?

- Yes, of course! Embroidery can be changed in any way you’d like. Change the color of a flower or the shade of a butterfly … anything at all. It’s all just thread, so ask for it the way you really want it.

My item arrived with a different color in the design than I saw on the website?
- The website is as accurate as possible. However, any color thread can be used for any part of an embroidery design. Sometimes we elect to change small parts that don’t matter so that they have better contrast or flow. We won’t change the main subject items. But smaller background colors may change. If you’d like to ensure you receive a specific color for something, please let us know.

Why does shipping cost $10?
- All shipments are $10 per order, unless you spend over $100 in purchasing. Then we cover the shipping for free. Any priority shipment sent through USPS costs us at least $10.

Can you embroider something I already own?
- Definitely! Please shoot us the details and we’ll discuss the requirements with you for your individual items. But we’re happy to embroider items you already own. Names on blankets is a very popular one. As are custom varsity jackets.
